This High Quality Rainbow Moonstone has been lovingly hand wrapped using the Micro Macrame art form, which creates designs using only various knots. Each piece begins as just a spool of cord and there is no glue holding the stones in place, it is 100% knot-work. The Rainbow Moonstone is paired with a Labradorite bead, Stainless Steel accent beads, and a dangling moon charm. It has been wrapped in black cording. Adjustable via a sliding knot in the back up to ~39".

Rainbow Moonstone is said to be the stone of new beginnings. It is often used to tap into wisdom, intuition, insight, and creativity. It is said to aid in calmness, control, balance, confidence, composure, peace of mind, and compassion.

Moonstone is closely related to Labradorite, as both stones are varieties of feldspar, an igneous rock.

Rainbow moonstone aka White Labradorite is not actually Moonstone, since it is a variety of Plagioclase Feldspar. It can exhibit the characteristic blue flash/schiller called Labradorescence, caused by light defraction.

True Moonstone is an Orthoclase Feldspar, and there are many varieties, like Cream, Peach, Black, and Green Moonstones. They take their color from different combinations of feldspars and trace minerals. While True Orthoclase Moonstones can exhibit other kinds of shimmer, schiller, or chatoyance, they won't exhibit the blue flash/labradorescence.
