Serpentine Owl

Serpentine is useful in the rise of Kundalini energy. It stimulates an opening in the pathway through which the Kundalini energy may travel, and lessens the discomfort which is sometimes associated with this movement. It is said to help clear any blocked energies and allows a natural healthy flow of energy, while assisting with replenishing energy. Serpentine is said to allow the release of fears in general, but especially fear of change.
